After that is done and I have approved your team, fill out the player registration form to register and pay as a player for your team. TEAM PLAYERS: Register as a single player, and your captain will place you on the roster once you are registered.  FREE AGENTS: Register as a single player, and we will assign you to a team before the season begins Registration Click a link below to begin the online registration process. Step 1: Fill out Player Card Step 2: Submit payment Step 3: Complete and sign Liability Release Form (copies available at all gym locations) You will then be included on the Free Agent List to await pickup. A Free Agency list comprising of six (6) or more players may be formed into a team and scheduled for the remainder of the season.
